About Me

Hi! I'm Xueqi, pronounced Sh - woi (hint: rhymes with soy) - chi (hint: rhymes with tea).  I am a grade 12 high school student attending Sir Winston Churchill high school in Calgary, Canada. But so much more of me lies outside of school. I love to share my most visceral emotions through the beautiful expression of music, rhythmic gymnastics and dance. Solving global issues and empowering others within my community are what constantly drives me to achieve more. I believe in miracles because I can see potential in what may seem milestones away. But to get there, I take one step at a time.

Neurotechnology, particularly brain-computer interfaces, fascinates me. My current academic aspiration is to become a rehabilitation engineer.
